{"id":1711,"date":"2026-03-24T09:28:18","date_gmt":"2026-03-24T05:28:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chia.plus\/?p=1711"},"modified":"2026-06-20T18:39:32","modified_gmt":"2026-06-20T14:39:32","slug":"federal-levers-and-affordable-housing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chia.plus\/fr\/federal-levers-and-affordable-housing\/","title":{"rendered":"Les leviers f\u00e9d\u00e9raux et le logement abordable"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fws_6a36f76f30c7c\"  data-column-margin=\"default\" data-midnight=\"dark\"  class=\"wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_row\"  style=\"padding-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; \"><div class=\"row-bg-wrap\" data-bg-animation=\"none\" data-bg-animation-delay=\"\" data-bg-overlay=\"false\"><div class=\"inner-wrap row-bg-layer\" ><div class=\"row-bg viewport-desktop\"  style=\"\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"row_col_wrap_12 col span_12 dark left\">\n\t<div  class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column column_container vc_column_container col no-extra-padding inherit_tablet inherit_phone flex_gap_desktop_10px\"  data-padding-pos=\"all\" data-has-bg-color=\"false\" data-bg-color=\"\" data-bg-opacity=\"1\" data-animation=\"\" data-delay=\"0\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"vc_column-inner\" >\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t\t\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t<p>En tant que membre de l'Institut de d\u00e9veloppement urbain du Qu\u00e9bec, je participe r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements de l'industrie repr\u00e9sentant CHIA Immobilier.<\/p>\n<p>Celui-ci se d\u00e9marquait.<\/p>\n<p>Non pas \u00e0 cause du nombre de participants, mais \u00e0 cause des personnes pr\u00e9sentes dans la salle.<\/p>\n<p>Aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des promoteurs et des investisseurs priv\u00e9s se trouvaient de nombreux acteurs cl\u00e9s du logement abordable, social et communautaire au Qu\u00e9bec, notamment la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d'habitation du Qu\u00e9bec, l'Office municipal d'habitation de Montr\u00e9al, B\u00e2tir son quartier, UTILE, le Fonds de solidarit\u00e9 FTQ et Fondaction.<\/p>\n<p>Un panel a \u00e9galement r\u00e9uni d'importants acteurs f\u00e9d\u00e9raux, notamment la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 canadienne d'hypoth\u00e8ques et de logement, la Banque de l'infrastructure du Canada, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re du Canada et Maisons Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que j'ai retenu de plus important ?<\/p>\n<p>Le financement n'est plus le principal obstacle.<\/p>\n<p>Les programmes existent. Les capitaux existent. La volont\u00e9 de collaborer existe.<\/p>\n<p>Le v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi consiste \u00e0 harmoniser les \u00e9ch\u00e9anciers, les priorit\u00e9s et les processus d\u00e9cisionnels des municipalit\u00e9s, des organismes publics, des pr\u00eateurs, des promoteurs et des gestionnaires communautaires.<\/p>\n<p>En tant que courtier en immobilier commercial travaillant avec des promoteurs, des propri\u00e9taires fonciers et des investisseurs, je constate de plus en plus que la r\u00e9ussite des projets exige bien plus que leur viabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re. Ils doivent \u00e9galement d\u00e9montrer une contribution significative aux besoins en logement et au bien-\u00eatre de la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019avenir du d\u00e9veloppement immobilier au Qu\u00e9bec sera vraisemblablement fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 par des mod\u00e8les hybrides o\u00f9 l\u2019impact social et la performance financi\u00e8re se renforcent mutuellement plut\u00f4t que de s\u2019opposer.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est le message le plus fort que j\u2019ai retenu de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n<p>Cr\u00e9dit photo : IDU Qu\u00e9bec<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"As a member of the Institut de d\u00e9veloppement urbain du Qu\u00e9bec, I regularly attend industry events representing CHIA REAL ESTATE.
