Sous la direction du maire Bruno Marchand et de son administration, la Ville a mis l\u2019accent sur la transparence, la collaboration et des attentes claires envers les promoteurs et les investisseurs. Il en r\u00e9sulte un rythme soutenu de construction de logements et un regain de confiance dans le march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie de logements qui frappe les villes nord-am\u00e9ricaines, le d\u00e9bat doit d\u00e9passer la simple question du nombre d'unit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires.
