CHIA Real Estate participated in the fall conference of the Institut de développement urbain du Québec, where industry leaders gathered to discuss the challenges and opportunities surrounding housing affordability in Québec.
The conversations brought together economists, developers, investors, brokers, and policymakers to explore practical solutions for increasing housing supply, improving project feasibility, and creating more sustainable communities.
One theme emerged clearly throughout the event: addressing affordability requires collaboration. No single stakeholder can solve the housing crisis alone. Progress depends on aligning public policy, private investment, development expertise, and community needs.
