Founder of CHIA REAL ESTATE, a boutique commercial real estate agency specializing in development land, multifamily, hospitality, industrial, and commercial assets. Chia has participated in transactions ranging from owner-occupier acquisitions to multifamily portfolios totaling more than 2,000 residential units.

Born in Taiwan and based in Montréal for more than 30 years, Chia has dedicated much of her career to fostering business, cultural, and community relationships between Québec and Asia. Her work has contributed to international business development initiatives, cross-cultural partnerships, and strategic market expansion projects.

Founder of Leadership Asie Québec, a platform dedicated to documenting, celebrating, and connecting leaders of Asian heritage in Québec. Through volunteer initiatives, mentorship, public speaking, and community engagement, Chia continues to support the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs.

Beyond real estate, Chia is the creator and host of CHIA Podcast and the founder of Orchimedia, a strategic advisory firm dedicated to building bridges between Québec, Canada, and Asia.
