Over the years, I have learned that recognition is rarely built in a single moment. It is the cumulative result of hundreds of conversations, difficult decisions, client commitments, and years of showing up consistently.
Being nominated once again for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards is an honour. More importantly, it is a reminder that entrepreneurship is a long-term journey. Behind every recognition are clients who place their trust in us, partners who support us, and a team of people who contribute to our growth.
As I continue building CHIA+, my focus remains unchanged: creating value for clients, facilitating meaningful real estate transactions, and contributing to the growth of Québec’s commercial real estate industry. Awards may recognize the journey, but the real reward is the opportunity to keep building.
