That message resonated during the Institut de développement urbain du Québec (IDU) reception welcoming Montréal Mayor Soraya Martinez Ferrada, where more than 300 commercial real estate professionals gathered at the historic Sun Life Building. The event highlighted the importance of ongoing dialogue between municipal leadership and the real estate industry as Montréal addresses the opportunities and challenges ahead.
