CHIA REAL ESTATE participated in an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the future Molson District, one of Montréal’s most significant urban redevelopment projects. Organized by the APCIQ Commercial Group, the visit provided valuable insights into the vision, planning, and long-term transformation of the historic Molson site.
Developed by Montoni in collaboration with Sid Lee Architecture and other key partners, the project will create a vibrant mixed-use neighbourhood featuring approximately 5,000 residential units, retail and restaurant spaces, offices, hospitality uses, public amenities, and a major civic hub. Designed with sustainability at its core, the development will include public green spaces, riverfront views, and ambitious LEED and zero-carbon objectives, helping shape a more inclusive and resilient future for Montréal.
