The event will bring together four professionals with complementary perspectives on land and real estate development. We will share our experiences, discuss current market realities and explore different approaches to creating value through land and development opportunities.
I will contribute from my perspective as a commercial real estate broker at CHIA+ real estate agency, with a practice focused on major land, development and investment property transactions.
Beyond individual transactions, successful real estate development depends on collaboration among landowners, developers, investors, brokers and other professionals. Bringing different perspectives around the same table can create connections and opportunities that would otherwise never emerge.
